We are Tibi & Mihaela known as 'Michelle', a couple of self-thought bakers in love with food.

 Our journey began in SE London from a small kitchen in our flat, baking for Horniman Museum Farmers Market. Just a few months went by and we were juggling between our full-time jobs, five farmers markets and a couple of coffee shops. After two years of madness, we took the decision to quit our jobs and build forward our business. We end up finding the perfect place for our bakery in a little village near the Kent coast just an hour drive from London.

 And now here we are living our dream, doing what we love in the perfect place.
